A sound bath is a sound immersed meditative state that takes you out of your thinking mental space and allows your body’s intelligence to listen instead. This opens the opportunity for healing through sound frequency.

As Reiki master and sound healer, I work intuitively with the power of intention and frequency using crystal alchemy bowls, Himalayan bowls, and chimes as tools to facilitate healing and alignment. The frequencies carry energetic codes specific to the set intention.

Some effects of sound healing include breaking up stagnant energy in which the receiver feels more vitalized, boosting the immune system when the receiver feels physically weak, and clearing brain fog in which the frequencies amplify the connection to higher states of consciousness creating coherency between the heart and mind.
